Americanna products start from responsibly cultivated cannabis from licensed California Farmers.

1. CO2 Extraction

Our CO2 extraction process uses pressurized carbon dioxide to safely pull the cannabinoids from the raw plant. Unlike traditional BHO extraction methods, CO2 extraction means that the foundation of our concentrate is free from saturated plant matter, petroleum particles, and other unhealthy chemicals so you can enjoy the highest grade of cannabis.

2. Winterization

We use 100% USDA organic alcohol to dissolve the extract into a liquid and place it into a subzero freezer which causes the plant fats to coagulate. They are later removed. Once the waxy lipids are removed we distill 100% of the alcohol back out of the oil.

3. Distillation

We utilize thin-film distillation with special equipment imported from Germany. The cannabis oil is heated to a high temperature under a reduced pressure created by a vacuum pump. This causes the THC and related cannabinoids to vaporize. The vapors are condensed back into oil on contact with a condensing coil. Fractional distillation of the oil will yield a product with up to twice its original potency and can be converted into nearly 100% cannabinoid by volume.

4. Lab Testing

The cannabis oil concentrate undergoes a rigorous testing protocol at a California licensed laboratory. Our oils are tested to meet the highest standards of safety, potency, and consistency. If these conditions are met, the concentrate moves to the final phase.

5. Formulation

We’ve have spent several years developing our own very proprietary formulas and flavor profiles. Our unique formulas re-introduce a full-spectrum terpene profile back into the cannabis oil, which involves over 35 different individual terpenes for a full flavor and enlightening experience.
