1. How do I know when my vape pen is done charging?
So you just got your new Americanna vape pen, and you’re so excited to try it out! But when it comes time to charge it, you may be wondering, how do I know when it’s done?
Well, get excited, because as soon as your pen is out of the package, it already has a partial charge. So you’re good to go!
But once you start using your pen for a while, eventually, your pen will be ready for another charge.
Your Americanna vape pen comes with a portable and convenient charger. As soon as you plug it in, a light on your battery will turn on. When it’s done charging, the light on your battery will turn off. It should take about an hour or two for your battery to fully charge.
We recommend letting your vape pen charge fully before using again, as it’s better for the battery life.
2. My travel case has foam cut-outs for the battery and charger, but where do I put my cartridge?
We have a stealthy secret cutout, if you look closely, already in your travel case. Pull out the foam cut-out that’s shaped like your cartridge, and replace it with your cartridge.

Some people are worried that the pen itself is fragile and switching out one cartridge with another will affect the technology.
But you don’t need to worry, because this pen is tougher than it looks.
It’s as simple as twisting the old cartridge off, and twisting on a new cartridge until it is securely on your battery.
When it comes to how to use a vape pen from Americanna, we make it as easy as possible for you.
However, don’t try to replace an Americanna cartridge with an off-brand cartridge. The technology isn’t the same, the oil is a lesser quality, and your experience will be sub-par. Stick with Americanna and you’ll be satisfied.
4. Can I change out cartridges with different strains on the same battery?
